Bad Economy = More Crime! Might be Time to Get a Pepper Spray!

With this terrible economy that we are currently faced with, making life difficult for us all, there are even more purse and wallet snatchers , which makes our lives even more complicated. Today, self defense items are a good idea. Many folks around the USA are choosing to carry a non-lethal self defense item such as a pepper spray! Even if they never need to use the pepper spray, they like the “peace of mind” that they get from carrying it, and at least they have it with them, “just in case!”

Even if you live in a safe town or area, you just never know what might happen! If you go out in public, you should always lock you car door while driving, as well as, when you get to a place of business, where you will park the car, even if only for “one minute.” In fact, you should get into the habit of always locking your car from now on, if you don’t already, even when it is parked in your own driveway. It also couldn’t hurt to keep a pepper spray in the car, and you should always be prepared, just in case somebody tries to mess with you!

After nightfall, when you are leaving a store, school, business, or house of worship, or even in your own neighborhood while walking the dog, it is a good idea to walk at a brisk pace, stay in the well lighted areas, and avoid any areas that are dark, even with a pepper spray in your pocket. The places where potential attackers could be looming should always be avoided, and even if they only wanted to steal your money, and not hurt you, it is still traumatizing to get robbed!

We all have heard it said that if a person ever needs help, that instead of shouting, “Help me, help me,” it is actually better to yell, “Fire! Fire!” For some strange reason, people are more likely to help in the case of fire, but the word “help,” scares some folks away. A loud and strong battery-operated electronic whistle can also effectively attract help in the same way. Perhaps you need one of those as well!

Whenever you need to visit an ATM, why not do so during the day while the sun is shining? Why take the chance, after dark, considering the way that things are today? Maybe you don’t even have to visit an ATM anymore; you can actually go into the bank during business hours. This common sense move will help you to stay away from potential problems, and using ATMs after dark is certainly not a good idea for anyone, at least not anymore. Whether day or night, be sure to carry your pepper spray everywhere you go! If you don’t yet have one, then you should visit www.bsecuretoday.com where they have the greatest selection and prices on pepper sprays and anything else you need to protect yourself!

This humongous Violet fantasy sword with additional stand was the first authentically crafted blade that really caught my eye. Little wonder! Originally this fantasy weapon was popularized by a science fiction movie entitled, “Ultraviolet”.

Back in 2006 when the film was released the main character was Violet Song jat Shariff and she wielded this blade with ease, determination and vengeful justice. No one can resist the fiery strength of such a heroine as this and I immediately fell in love with that fantasy sword that she put to such creative use as she battled against all sorts of villains.

Sure a gal in the real world may only dream about using an enormous Violet fantasy sword in actual life; but then where would we be without our dreams? Anyway I had a soft spot in my heart for this unique sword that was designed to capture everyone’s imagination in the first place.

Imagine my delight when I happened to see the same sword being offered for sale. The carefully crafted, humongous Violet fantasy sword with additional stand is identical to the one that I first saw onscreen and I knew that I would not rest until I owned it for myself.

My husband has been collecting smaller knives for a number of years and with this one purchase I achieved bragging rights at our house. Now instead of our friends wanting to see his knife collection everyone wants me to show them this “Ultraviolet” sword. They also want at least one opportunity to hold this humongous Violet fantasy sword in their own hands. And who can blame them? This sword absolutely rocks.

This uniquely designed “ultra-sword” is impressively constructed. It has a 29 1/2 inch stainless steel blade and then there is a full 12 inch grip that is made from polished wood that is wrapped tightly with special cordage material. The spectacular length totals a “humongous” 41 1/2 inches and demands attention even though I just have it resting in its stand instead of hanging it on the wall in a much more obvious location.

I admit that most people tend to think of swords as being items that appeal only to guys, but there are a number of females that appreciate the swashbuckling, adventurous styling of handcrafted weaponry. When I was younger I can still remember reading the story of “The 3 Musketeers” and wishing that I had the opportunity to be a fearless, clever swordsman (swordswoman) but at that time I felt it was only a dream that would never be realized.

Then I saw Sigourney Weaver battling aliens in a movie that became a Hollywood sci-fi classic. Once again I longed to experience the same type of adventures, although I must admit I could see myself going face to face against aliens with a ferociously sharp blade in my hands instead of some high tech, futuristic type of weapon.

As far as I was concerned I would forever be a devoted and eternal fan of swords. Then I saw the “Ultraviolet” movie and it was as though I could see my own future. At that moment I knew I would one day own an awesome sword that would make me feel as powerful and invincible as my favorite sword wielding movie heroine.

Those smaller knives pale by comparison to the proud, bold dimensions and styling features of my own humongous Violet fantasy sword with additional stand. I can even tell my husband is more than a little envious of it.

The other day I saw him browsing through a collection of authentically crafted swords online. He wants to be able to “one-up me” and I imagine it really will not be too long before he buys one that he feels will rival mine and then the battle for collector’s bragging rights will be most “righteously on”!

Would You Like To Make Money Selling Something That Everybody Needs? Good, Because We Need Help Spreading The Word And Helping People To Be Safer! Self-Defense Pepper Spray Sales Are Booming!

You can join us in the fight against crime (and you will earn lots of money in doing so) by buying a wholesale package of Self Defense Pepper Sprays and then re-selling them individually for a cash profit, in your area, as long as you are within the continental USA, are 18 or older, and are NOT in MA, MI, NY, or WI. These days, with crime always on the rise, more and more people like the idea of carrying a pepper spray, just in case, but they are not sold on every street corner, so that means “Earning Potential” for You! Many people will buy these on impulse, on the spot, and will hand you fifteen or twenty bucks in cash! It’s a nice way to make money! Click Here To See Some Wholesale Package Deals!

There was this really great guy who had an ordinary job, and decided that for extra money he would buy a batch of key chain pepper sprays at wholesale and start peddling them in his town. He started carrying around a big, black, leather duffel bag everywhere that he went and would sell about a dozen to twenty pepper sprays every single day! He would make about a hundred dollars (in cash) every day! Then when his job laid him off due to slow business and he was low-man-on-the-totem-pole, he didn’t care because he was well on his way to being self employed! That guy has not worked for someone else ever since!

My name is Father Time and I am that guy, and if I can do that then so could you! That’s how I started in the self defense products business, and I still peddle many pepper sprays around my town! Why not? It is some daily cash income! You see, many people would like to have a pepper spray, but do not know where to buy one, and they are not going to go out of their way to visit a gun store (which usually sells them) and they end up never getting one, until you or I approach them and ask them if they want to buy one! You would be surprised at how many people will pull out ten or twenty bucks and buy one on the spot! It’s beautiful!

Or maybe you like the idea of selling something to people in your area, for an immediate cash income, but the pepper spray idea is not your thing! I am happy to sell any items that we feature on our website, but at wholesale prices and in small quantities! You can actually scroll through our website, and when you see a few things that you’d like to buy, just send an e-mail and mention the items and quantities you need, and we’ll get back to you with a price quote!

We also have fabulous catalogs that show some of our awesome merchandise and you might decide to order anywhere between one and a hundred of these great catalogs, and then start showing them to everyone and anyone that you wish to show them to, take some orders and collect payments from the people, then keep a 25% commission for yourself, and forward the 75% balance to us, and we can UPS the items to you, and you can deliver them to your customers! Please Click Here To See These Awesome Catalogs! Those who are enterprising should love something such as this, because we are not speaking about cosmetics or vitamins that are being sold by a million other people!

Good Karma!!! Please forward this article or the link to someone you know who might need to read this information! Thanks!

You can even have your own Money-Making Website where you offer a service or sell some merchandise! Just set-up a simple website at a place such as GoDaddy.com and sell a few gift items on your website, and your online customers can pay you through PayPal! If you need a good source for some wholesale merchandise, we can help you with that at FatherTimePublishing.com!

You may just want to get an easy-to-handle, ready-to-go website, already stocked with thousands of products, from a company that will host it and works in conjunction with a fabulous wholesaler, and they do most of the work for you! You simply advertise or promote your website to attract visitors (or hire someone like me to write articles for you), and then when people order things, you pay the wholesale price to the supplier, and they drop ship the products to the customer, on your behalf. Nothing could be easier than this! We recommend MyShopKart Which You Can See By Clicking Here!

Also listed on Father Time’s Fabulous Online SuperStore, along with the catalogs, is a Really Great eBook that I wrote, which suggests over 110 Great Ideas of Home Based Businesses that Practically Anyone Can Start! You will certainly find something in there for you! Some of the ideas do not require selling or even the use of a computer! It will be e-mailed to you as an attachment in Microsoft Word Format! You can also find information about my Article Marketing writing services!

So, there are several great ideas how YOU can make money from home, if you truly want to! Good Luck!

Many Blessings!

Karate is one of the best sports for keeping your body and mind healthy and it is also a good self defence product. It is the most popular martial art that is widely used and taught all over the world. Other self defense sports include kung fu, karate, taekwondo, martial arts, and kenjutsu.

One of the advantage of learning karate for self defense is that you won’t need any products like pepper sprays for your safety. If you know karate the main product for self defense is your body and you can use all your strength to fight against your enemy.

Learning karate at home is also very much possible. You can get online tutorials and karate coaching books. You can learn this incredible art easily at home. Karate DVD’s are available where you can watch karate training videos and get lessons from them. Firstly you have to learn basic karate moves like punching, kicking, blocking etc. These moves can be very helpful in case of criminal attacks. You can defend yourself well and get away from the scene if your enemy is armed. Once you know all the steps of karate you will be able to fight with the criminal even if he has weapons.

After the basic steps, come the punches, kicks, strikes, jumps, spins. These are all sequences of karate and you need to learn each and everything of karate so that you can defend yourself well. Karate also helps in healthy development of mind and body and it also releases stress and strain. It also helps in good co-ordination, balance, strength, aerobic fitness and flexibility. Karate is not only related to the body but it also involved the brain and mind. It is a complete exercise that keeps you fit and going.

Knowing about self defence moves is not enough; you have to learn them to take advantage of your knowledge and to protect yourself. The moves seem to be very easy but they are not going to be that simple until you drill them before actually using them in real assault.

Self defense moves are simply physical skills that can do a lot for your personal safety. They require a little practice and are quite easy to perform but you have to have a good idea of how to perform them. For instance slapping under the ear may sound very easy but slapping to the offender might not be that simple. So to perform these skills better you have to practice a little at home.

Practice will help you to act properly in stressful situation because by practicing you can have a better idea of the prospected fight. You will also know about the probable reaction of the attacker. What ever physical move you use to fight back it should be strong so that it creates enough pain and you can get away and save your life.

Elbow strikes are also very painful and knee kick also quite effective. Knee kick can cause a lot of pain and even if you are tired due to fight you can deliver a strong knee kick to save yourself. For women, yelling or shouting can also be a good self defense move as it not only grabs people’s attention but also scares the attacker. But yelling can’t always save you from an attack. You need to know other moves to save yourself from the assault. Other effective self defense moves include palm heel strike, front snap kick, and punching on nose, jaw and eyes.

Badr Hari began practicing kickboxing at the age of seven, under the guidance of former World Champion Mousid Akamrane. As a teenager he trained under Mohammed Ait Hassou at the Sitan Gym. When the Sitan Gym moved to Rotterdam, Badr Hari joined the famous Chakuriki Gym ran by Thom Harinck. Under Harinck, Hari developed into one of the greatest kickboxing talents of the Netherlands.

Early career

Under Harnick’s coaching, Badr Hari suffered few losses. In 2003 he replaced Melvin Manhoef with only a few days notice, to fight Alexey Ignashov. Badr Hari, outweighed by more than 18 kg, lost the fight by knockout, but gained a lot of respect for stepping up to such an opponent under those circumstances.

In January 2005, Badr Hari left Chakuriki and joined Simon Rutz’s It’s Showtime team. After a few months’ training at Mejiro Gym he returned to Harinck’s, but left again a couple of weeks later. Since then Badr Hari has been coached by Mike Passenier, who also trains Joerie Mes, Bjorn Bregy and Melvin Manhoef.
Road to K-1

Badr Hari’s road to fame began with a pair of matches against Stefan Leko in 2005. It took place at the It’s Showtime 8 event, on June 12, 2005. Badr Hari, who was generally known for his big mouth and slow ring entrance started some trash talk between them before the fight and abused Leko on the night which took a while to settle down. The ring entrance took longer then the actual fight, where Badr Hari was knocked out by Leko’s ‘trademark’ spinning back kick. Leko looked to be spitting on Hari while he was down.

On November 19, 2005, Hari got his chance for revenge. He entered the K-1 World Grand Prix 2005 as a reserve fighter against Stefan Leko. Hari didn’t seem to have lost his confidence and knocked Leko out by a spinning back high kick to the jaw. After all the bad blood between both fighters, Hari helped his opponent up and escorted the dazed German to the corner.
K-1 New Zealand 2006

In 2006 Badr Hari was scheduled to participate in the K-1 World GP 2006 in The Netherlands on May 13, 2006, but fought in the K-1 World GP 2006 in New Zealand instead as a last minute replacement. His opponent in the first round was Australian Peter “The Chief” Graham. Hari once again showed his bad boy reputation by abusing Graham and starting a street fight at the press conference. In the actual fight Hari was knocked out by Graham’s trademark “Rolling Thunder”. The heel hit Hari hard on the head and knocked him out cold. Graham’s kick broke Hari’s jaw in multiple places and sidelined Hari for a several months.
Return to K-1

Hari returned to the ring at the K-1 World GP 2006 Final Elimination in Osaka, Japan against Ruslan Karaev. Karaev hurt Badr with a straight right that left Hari slouching over in the corner, then Karaev delivered a kick to Hari’s face when it looked as though Hari was already lying on the canvas. Hari was counted out by the referee but immediately he and his corner protested, saying the kick was a foul. When the referee did not respond, Hari left in anger and trashed his changing room.

Despite been knockout, Hari was once again picked as a reserve fighter in the K-1 Grand Prix 2006 Finals against Paul Slowinski. He won the fight by unanimous decision.

Hari then fought Nicholas Pettas at Dynamite and broke Pettas’s left arm in the second round with his powerful round kicks.

Hari got his revenge against Karaev onK-1 World GP 2007 in Yokohama. Karaev and Hari’s matchup was one of two bouts to qualify for the first K-1 Heavyweight Title Match, scheduled on April 28, 2007 in Hawaii. Hari was knocked down in the second round and was just able to make it to his feet when Karaev intended to finish the fight with a swinging punch which Hari ducked, and landed a right cross to score a KO.
K-1 Heavyweight champion

On April 28, at K-1 World GP 2007 in Hawaii, Badr Hari and Yusuke Fujimoto fought for the newly introduced Heavyweight belt. Hari won the fight in 56 seconds with a kick to the chin. With the knockout Hari became the world’s first ever K-1 Heavyweight champion.

Hari got his chance for revenge against Graham in Hong Kong where he dropped Graham with a body punch and won by unanimous decision.

On September 29, 2007 at the K-1 World GP 2007 Final Elimination, Badr Hari beat the K-1 World GP 2007 in Las Vegas tournament champion, Doug Viney, by a second round KO and qualified for his first K-1 World GP Final, held on December 8 in Yokohama, Japan. His winning streak came to an end with a decision loss to Remy Bonjasky, during quarter final.
2008

All of Hari’s wins in 2008 were by knockouts, by beating Ray Sefo in Yokohama, Glaube Feitosa (whom he defended his heavyweight title) in Fukuoka and Domagoj Ostojic in Hawaii. On his next fight in Seoul he qualified for the K-1 World GP 2008 Final by TKO win over the Korean giant Hong Man Choi.

In the quarterfinals on December 6, Hari defeated three time K-1 World champion Peter Aerts by TKO in the second round. Then in semis he knocked out Errol Zimmerman and headed to his first K-1 Final against Remy Bonjasky. After suffering a knockdown in the first, Hari was disqualified in the second round for unsportsmanlike conduct by stomping and punching an already downed Bonjasky. First the referee Nobuaki Kakuda issued a yellow card and one point deduction. Meanwhile Hari proceeded to Bonjasky’s corner shouting, and quarreled with his opponent’s trainer Ivan Hippolyte who then also approached Hari aggressively, but the officials prevented any further physical contact between them. After the five-minute recovery time elapsed, the doctor reported Bonjasky was seeing double and could not continue. Hari was issued a red card and Bonjasky was declared the K-1 World GP 2008 champion.

In later interviews Badr claimed Bonjasky was acting, and that “Remy’s corner was screaming at him to stay down”.

After the event Badr was not suspended for his actions, but K-1 has however stripped him of his heavyweight title and his fee for participation in the tournament.

While there were many rumours of his and his opponent’s participation, it was finally announced that Badr would face MMA Heavyweight Alistair Overeem in a K-1 rules match on K-1’s NYE extravaganza. Hari lost the fight by a left hook KO in the first round within 2 minutes. Part of the fight agreement is that both Badr and Overeem would also fight each other in an MMA match for FEG’s DREAM promotion sometime in 2009. In an interview with Dutch tv station SBS 6 Badr Hari is seen avoiding this match and few people are still believing Hari’s word to enter the contest against Alistair Overeem.
2009

Hari’s first fight in 2009 was against Frederic Sinistra who was not well known at this point and won again by 1st round knockout with his trademark right hand.

In May Hari fought Semmy Schilt in a long-awaited bout for the newly introduced It’s Showtime World Heavyweight title. Hari came out very aggressively and knocked Schilt down twice in the first round. The fight was stopped after the second knockdown and Hari took the heavyweight title in 42 seconds.

At the K-1 World Grand Prix 2009 Final 16 Hari again used his trademark right cross to score a first round knockout over Zabit Samedov.

At the selection for the K-1 World Grand Prix 2009 Final Hari chose to fight Ruslan Karaev for the third time. At the event Hari used his leg kicks and cross punch to score a total of 4 knockdowns to earn TKO wins over Karaev and Alistair Overeem in a rematch, to make it to the World Grand Prix Final for the second year against Semmy Schilt. In their rematch Hari lost by TKO after been knocked down 3 times in the first round.

You can choose from thousands of methods for your self defence. Karate, judo, kung fu and products like personal alarms, stun guns and tasers are some of the examples of self defense methods. If you adopt martial art self-defense then you have to take proper training to learn it first and then you will be able to use it. However self defense products are easier to use and they don’t need any skills and expertise.

Of all the self defense products pepper sprays are the most easy and practical. They are easy to carry and simple to use. Pepper sprays come in different ways. Pepper lipsticks, pepper spray key chains and cans and many others. All pepper sprays are different in composition and working. Size and type of spray is responsible for its working. Some sprays can effect from 2-4 feet, other can work from 4-20 feet. You should know well about your product so that you can use it accordingly and don’t miss your target. The chemicals used in pepper sprays are Chloracetophenone (CN) or Orthochlorobenzalmalonitrile (CS).

The working of pepper sprays is simple. All you have to do is to target the person and press the button. It will start working when you spray it on the attacker’s face. It will affect his eyes and he will feel it difficult to keep his eyes open moreover his eyes will become watery and you will get enough time to run away and save your life. Pepper sprays are quite cheap and so easily affordable by everyone. Children can also keep these sprays with them all the time and use them if ever needed. They are excellent product for your family’s safety.

Keep your eyes focused on one part of the ball. Don’t watch your club as you swing.

Keep your focus on the ball and let everything else fade into the background.

Try to look down on the ball, rather than watching it at the end of the golf club. Raising your shoulders is not going to help you see the ball more clearly. If you will look down on the ball, you will get results that are more successful and you will not have a tendency to look up before the end of your swing.

Unfortunately, it is completely natural to look away when you begin to pull the club back. Ignore the natural feeling and keep your eyes on the ball.

When you are looking down at the ball, you should notice that the only way you can keep the club head in the correct line of flight is to keep your hands moving parallel to the flight line. Keep your hands in line with the club head when making contact with the ball.

It is very important to learn to watch the ball no matter what kind of shot you need to make. It does not matter if the ball is in the long grass, the sand trap, on a slope, or anywhere else, the main thing is to see the ball completely so that you can hit it solidly and successfully.

There are not many golfers who stand still and keep their attention on the ball. Many times, people will look at where they want the ball to go and then look at the ball. Most golfers would be surprised to learn that they do not stand still and watch the ball. The instant that you take your eye off the ball, you begin having problems.

Most golf mistakes are a result of a loss of concentration. It you keep your focus on the ball, you will be able to hit the ball well.

To help your golf game, remind yourself to keep your eye on the ball for the entire swing. You will find your golf game improving so much that your friends may be asking you for advice!

One of the foremost human motives, one that basically determines the other motives in the human hierarchy of needs is survival linked with security. Sense of security can only be acquired through complete knowledge of self defense and personal safety. Broadly Personal safety and self defense can be characterized as seven components which are stated below:

1. Survival Psychology

The motive to feel safe and secure is ingrained in us. Psychologists say that the fear of violence between people is considered to be a “universal human phobia”.

Survival psychology covers three broad areas:

Management and understanding of fear.

Study and training leading to self motivation regarding one’s own personal safety

Understanding the impact of self esteem on emotional resilience, crisis performance and victim selection.

2. Survival Intelligence

The brain being the control center of all human decisions and actions it is prudent to understand that it is the most powerful weapon in the human body. Survival Intelligence is the promotion of knowledge, intuition, awareness and assessment skills. Picking on certain pre – incident cues and signs and knowing respond to them is crucial for successful self defense.

3. Understanding Victim Selection

In an experiment determining vulnerability to criminal behavior Psychologists showed a videotape to some prisoners which showed several people going about their daily activities. The job of the inmates was to indicate which of the people on the tape they would select as their targets. The results showed common traits unique to those who were selected and those who were not. This proves that not everyone becomes the victim of a violent crime. It should be understood first of all that there is a selection process through which the attackers selects his victim. People who are trained in self defense are hardly ever attacked. Their movement, posture, skills etc. sends some unconscious signals to a predator that they are not an easy target. Hence you are sending signals to the predator that will be interpreted to determine your vulnerability to an attack, simply put the more confident you are in your self defense abilities the more less likely it becomes that you will have to use them.

Recognizing Predatory Behavior

The fact remains that how do you know who is the person you are to be aware of and not let your gurad down in front of? These people certainly don’t walk around parading the fact that they will attack you and harm you so are there any markings or signs that separate these people from the rest? Sadly: no. There are no unique physical traits that separate people who victimize others from those who don’t. They all look similar, but behavior is different. There are two types of attackers to be aware of. One is who deliberately locates a victim and then attacks, and the other is ticking time bomb. The latter is emotionally unstable and prone to violent eruptions. Unlike the predator who is more careful in his approach, the latter is like a ticking time bomb, and can spontaneously indulge in some meaningless violence for reasons that are understood solely by him.

Response Option Theory

While we are within our legal right to defend ourselves however When learning a response system, you must consider the legal consequences of your actions.

There are 5 categories of response options relevant to confrontational situations:

Compliance

Escape

De-escalation

Assertiveness

Fighting Back

The circumstances and nature of the confrontation determine the response that should be properly elicited.

Prevention Tips

Precautionary steps you can take to reduce the risk of becoming a victim. Understanding the functioning principles behind these tips, you can manage safety tactics. Those tips should be adopted with which you feel comfortable and which are helpful to your lifestyle. They would in the long run protect you from something very horrible and gruesome.

Training Methods

All training methods and exercises will go to waste if review and practice is not consistent and punctual, skills learned through a self defense class would be forgotten. There are many benefits of studying and practicing self defense, such as reducing the chances of being attacked.

How can my punching tips help you? Firstly, you’re not just going to gain the ability to punch someone with more force and less effort than an improper punch but your going to learn how to strike someone with other parts of your body which will improve your all round ability to defend yourself.

As a child I was bullied on a frequent basis. I was never one of the popular children and I was regularly beaten up. Even when I started martial arts classes I was still picked on. The whole purpose of my attending these classes was so I could defend myself as and when the bigger kids decided to attack me. I stuck with the classes in hope that one day my skills would improve to a level that even when someone bigger than me attacked, I would have the ability to fend them off with a variety of different techniques.

By the time I left school, the punching tips I hade learned from my martial arts training were enough to barely fend off an attacker, but I still didn’t feel in control of these fights. Then I discovered some punching tips and striking tips that literally changed my life. I went from being barely able to defend myself against a larger attacker, to being able to destroy anyone who chose to pick a fight with me. I went from being “mr average” in the dojo, to being the top dog that nobody wanted to fight against. I also went from being a frequent early casualty in the martial arts tournament, to being a regular and consistent winner. I had literally changed my life! These punching tips and striking tips that I learned gave me the ability to walk the streets at night with confidence. Gone were the days I had to worry about who was around the corner, or who was coming up behind me. I went from being the guy that most people could just about beat up, to being the guy that has never been beaten up…since I learned these very effective punching tips and striking tips.

Not only was I able to defend myself, but my all round confidence grew as well. I became a much happier and a much more confident person. In turn this has improved my family life, improved my love life and improved my social life. But probably the greatest of all, these punching tips have also improved the life of the people around me. When I first discovered these incredible techniques I wanted to keep them to myself. Quite selfish I know. After years of living in the shadows I had the ability to stand out from the crowd, to fend off attackers and win martial arts tournaments. I wanted to keep it all to myself!

This was until a day came I decided I didn’t want to be selfish anymore. My best friend was walking home from the pub alone one night when he was attacked and beaten up pretty badly. I felt guilty that I hadn’t shared what I had learned with him. He wasn’t a martial artist but you don’t have to be to implement these techniques. It was at this point I decided I wanted to share what I knew with the people around me. Today, I can say with confidence that if any of my close friends or family were to come under attack, they would be very capable of fending off their attacker(s). REGARDLESS of age or gender…these techniques can help you if you’re male, if you’re female, if you’re a teenager, if you’re retired or even if you are a trained martial artist like me.

With the world that we live in today, I don’t just want my friends and family to be able to protect themself, I want YOU to be able to protect YOURSELF!!!! I want you to have confidence in your ability to defend yourself and I want you to share this with YOUR friends and family!

So, if have read this far then I can safely assume that you want to learn the punching tips and striking tips that helped me change my life.

Click the link below and I will begin to show you how you can take action to ensure the safety of you and those around you.
